It's the week after Thanksgiving here's a recipe for the Perfect Turkey Pot Pie!

Are you tired of your leftovers ? Need something quick and easy to make for your family this week. Here's the perfect recipe! You can use any leftovers for this dish even dressing, gravy or mashed potatoes. If you're not in the mood to make a homemade pie crust just buy 2 prepared crusts from the store. In my turkey potpie I used leftover Cajun fried turkey, green beans, corn,

carrots and gravy. Here's what I used.....you can substitute any of the items.

Filling:

1 Can of Cream Of Mushroom Soup

1 Cup of Chicken Broth

1 Cup of Green beans

2 Cups of shredded Turkey

1 Cup of corn, 1 can of carrot and pea vegetable medley

1 Tablespoon of Goya Seasoning

1 Teaspoon of Cajun Seasoning

1 Teaspoon of Turkey Gravy

2 Prepared pie shells 9 inch

1 Egg

Directions: In a medium sized bowl combine, cream of mushroom, chicken broth, vegetables and turkey. Mix evenly then add seasonings to the mixture, pour mixture in 1 prepared pie shell, use the second pie shell to decorate the top of the pie and brush 1 beaten egg on top. Place pie in the oven at 350 for 25 min until golden brown. Let the pie cool for 10 mins and serve. 1 turkey pot pie can serve up to 4 people.
